To start the Customer Support experience, follow these gameplay guidelines carefully:

Initial cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and restocking shelves establish a routine, creating false security before unsettling horror gradually escalates.
Answer the ringing phone to resolve ordinary tech issues while noticing subtle changes, increasing psychological tension throughout the night shift.
Observe and respond carefully to threatening phone calls, which track your actions and manipulate your decisions in disturbing, unexpected ways.
