Granny House is a first-person horror adventure inspired by the classic Granny formula. Trapped inside an abandoned hospital, you must quietly explore dark corridors, collect useful items, solve environmental puzzles, and avoid Granny's relentless pursuit. Every sound could reveal your position, turning each step into a tense survival challenge.
GRANNY HOUSE - ESCAPE THE HAUNTED HOSPITAL WITHOUT MAKING A SOUND
Like the original Granny, Granny House emphasizes stealth over combat. Your objective is to escape each section of the hospital by searching for keys, opening locked doors, and completing objectives while remaining completely silent. Granny patrols the building and reacts to noise, so rushing through rooms or making careless movements can quickly trigger a dangerous chase.
The abandoned hospital also introduces a maze-like layout filled with patient wards, reception areas, narrow hallways, and hidden escape routes that reward careful exploration.
Complete Four Stealth Escape Missions
The adventure is divided into four progressively challenging levels, each set in a different part of the hospital with its own objective.
- Level 1 – Entrance: Escape from the entrance area without making any noise.
- Level 2 – Reception: Sneak through the reception hall while avoiding Granny's patrol route.
- Level 3 – Ward: Search the hospital ward for the correct exit while staying hidden.
- Level 4 – Final Escape: Complete the last mission and leave the hospital without alerting Granny.
