In Sons of the Forest, a tactical rescue mission takes a mysterious turn after a helicopter crash strands you on a remote island. Your objective is to find a missing billionaire while surviving hunger, thirst, harsh weather, and hostile cannibals.
Gather food and materials, then construct shelters, defensive walls, or complex bases with free-form building tools. Kelvin can collect resources and complete assigned tasks, while Virginia can become a valuable ally. Dangerous caves contain essential equipment like the Rebreather, Rope Gun, and Shovel. These tools unlock deeper routes toward keycards and hidden bunkers.
How Your Journey Progress in Son of the Forest
As exploration progresses, craft firearms and melee weapons to defend your base and face stronger threats. Seasonal changes affect survival conditions, while the final bunker leads toward different endings. With co-op support for up to eight players, Sons of the Forest also turns this wilderness challenge into a shared adventure.
